ECCS-BC is inviting you, your family and friends to its ANNUAL SUMMER CAMP 2017 at CAMP KANAKA, Maple Ridge, from Friday, August 4, To Sunday, August 6, 2017.

         Check in: Friday August 4, starting at 4.00pm

         Check out: Sunday August 6, at 6.00 pm, (after dinner).

Fees:

SPECIAL..2-Day Super Sale,
Members only, ONLY until 2:00 PM Friday, July 14: 12 years and over $95 $70 ,4 -12 years $60 $40

Member, Early Bird, to July 8 : 12 years and over $ 80 , 4-12 years $ 50.

Member, after July 8 : 12 years and over $ 95 , 4-12 years $ 60.

Non-member * anytime : 12 years and over $ 105 , 4-12 years $ 80.

* ( Non-members can enjoy members’ discounted fees if they BECOME A MEMBER for FREE ! ).

Kids below 4 years are for FREE.

Fees include: Site Rental, Insurance, Accommodation, Meals, Beverages, Parking, Kids Games, Prizes and Taxes.

Booking:

1. Please email us at: events@eccsbc.com, with names, age, membership status and method of payment.
2. Please pay your fees, after sending that booking email, either:
   • By an e-transfer to ECCS email events@eccsbc.com , with the secret word in a separate email. OR

Reservations are on a first-come-first-served basis. Booking is confirmed only after receiving full payment.

Cancellation Policy:

• Full refund until July 12, (50% only for all Early Bird Reservations).
• 50% refundable July 13 to July 19, ( No refunds for all Early Bird Reservations)
• No refunds will be made for cancellations made after July 19, 2016.
• No refunds will be made for Super Sale cancellations.
